February when the times we go there, (February 16 &17,2013) Valentines treat vacation for myself since i have no date my cousin luisa lim and his bf we been there. im searching for cheapest tour in ilocos then i find "tour ylocos travel and tour" ms. thelma aguinaldo the person who entertain with us via mobile and emails and mr. ailywn our tour guide and driver there very friendly person. 

OUR Transportation from pasay to ilocos

-from pasay (philtranco terminal) mr. ailywn we fetch up with his car.

-from laog via bus (partas bus) to pasay (partas terminal)

-from partas terminal we ride sidecar back at home.
